I. Customers who are interested in manufacturing automation equipment are kindly requested to provide products and data:

1. Provide two complete finished products and two sets of complete parts materials corresponding to the finished products, used to analyze the assembly process and make the automation equipment design proposal. The same series of products need to be integrated with universal, please provide samples and corresponding complete data to us to study whether it is feasible.

2. Provide a complete production process operation instruction of the product, in order to keep the name of the parts marked in the design proposal consistent with the name of the customer.

3. Provide complete and detailed product test items and corresponding data specifications and test points connection drawings. For example, the lithium battery (18650) PACK test includes: cell balance sorting test (cell voltage and internal resistance). Corepacks tests (charge and discharge protection and NTC overtemperature protection and reaction time). Finished products tests (total voltage and total internal resistance, conventional charge and discharge, overload protection, short circuit protection, NTC overtemperature protection, ID resistance, dynamic internal resistance).

4. Provide the number of workers for the production line and the capacity per hour in your factory, so that you can compare the benefit data before and after the usage of the equipment, so that the customer can evaluate the value of the automation equipment investment.

II. We will provide the proposal and cost evaluation to the customer within 10-15 working days after receiving the sample and related materials, and then make detailed quote if there is no objection. Manpower reducing, efficiency improving , and quality ensuring, just use JSAT automation equipment!
